Terms for using Books2Buy.

Books2Buy provides book discovery, catalog information, and outbound links to independent retailer websites. We are not a marketplace, reseller, publisher, payment processor, delivery provider, or agent for a retailer, author, or publisher.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue a feature when necessary for accuracy, security, compliance, or product development. Price alerts, public reviews, and user accounts are not currently offered.

We take reasonable care with titles, authors, covers, publishers, dates, page counts, formats, and ISBNs, but book metadata can be incomplete or refer to a different edition. Cover art is illustrative and may not match the edition ultimately offered by a retailer.

Before buying, confirm the author, format, language, ISBN, seller, condition, and delivery details on the retailer's product and checkout pages.

A retailer link takes you away from Books2Buy. The retailer's own terms, privacy policy, pricing, returns process, and consumer-support rules apply to activity on its website.

Books2Buy is not responsible for a retailer's website, seller listing, product quality, payment handling, delivery, cancellation, refund, or customer service. Nothing on Books2Buy replaces rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.

Prices, discounts, delivery charges, taxes, availability, and offer terms can change between a Books2Buy visit and retailer checkout. A “Check latest price” label is an invitation to verify current information at the store, not a price quote or guarantee.

Books2Buy does not scrape protected retailer pages or publish estimated, invented, or unverified prices.

Books2Buy is the working name of this independent website. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any similarly named business or trademark owner. No use of a name on this website is intended to claim another party's trademark rights.

Amazon, Flipkart, Bookswagon, publisher names, author names, book titles, covers, and other third-party marks or content belong to their respective owners. References identify books, sources, or destinations and do not imply endorsement. Site code, original writing, selection, and layout are protected to the extent allowed by law.

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every catalog record, search result, external link, or retailer detail is error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Books2Buy operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on catalog information, external websites, or retailer transactions. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. Courts with competent jurisdiction will resolve disputes that cannot be settled informally.

We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The updated date above identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their effective date.
