How affiliate links work
An affiliate link contains an identifier that can tell a retailer that a visitor arrived from Books2Buy. If the visitor completes an eligible purchase, the retailer may pay us a commission. The retailer does not charge a separate fee merely because an affiliate link was used.
Not every store link is necessarily commission-eligible. Program status, attribution rules, eligible products, and commission rates are controlled by the retailer and may change without notice.
02
Current retailer links
Amazon search links may include an Amazon Associates tracking tag. Flipkart and Bookswagon links may become affiliate links only when an approved program or link format is configured.
Books2Buy does not currently use the Amazon Product Advertising API. Store searches use the book title only unless an exact edition or product link has been independently verified.
03
Editorial independence
Affiliate eligibility does not determine a book's canonical title, author, category, collection, description, or edition metadata. We do not currently sell sponsored ranking positions or accept payment to place one retailer above another.
Curated catalog data remains authoritative for Books2Buy. Public book-data services may enrich a search result, but they do not silently replace the curated record.
04
Prices, orders, and returns
Books2Buy is not the seller and does not process orders or payments. The retailer controls the final price, taxes, delivery charge, seller details, stock status, cancellation, refund, warranty, and return policy.
We do not publish a price unless its source and product match are trusted. Readers should always confirm the edition and checkout total on the retailer's website.
